Knight Mare For Mandurah

Despite no crowds allowed, the Pod Army were still in full voice standing on the path outside the stadium but really didn’t have much to cheer about.

Mandurah got off to a bad start when Tanevski put the visitors 1 up after only 6 minutes. Stirling had the majority of the possession in the first half but were unable to increase their lead.

A welcome return to the first team for Joe O’Brien’s at half time wasn’t enough to stop the visitors to increase the lead on 65 minutes through Snowden but the home side had a great opportunity to pull a goal back but John Baird put his penalty high over the bar.

Former Mandurah player Gavin Knight came off the bench and scored twice to make the score 4-0 before Graham Tough scored an injury time consolation goal to make the final score Mandurah City 1 Stirling Macedonia 4
