
No football action this Saturday, due to various cup finals, which unfortunately, don’t feature any of our local teams.
Friday night has some action with Mandurah City master’s south division 1 side travel to Spearwood Dalmatinac for a 7.30pm kick off.
On Sunday, there is a comprehensive program to choose from.
In the NPL, Rockingham City play their catch up game when they host Gwelup Croatia at home. Rocky must be high on confidence following their 5-0 last week and lets hope the momentum continues. The game kicks off at 3pm.
In women’s football, Mandurah City have a bye on Sunday in the state league, while in the metro leagues, both Port Kennedy and Baldivis Districts are away in south division 1. There is a local derby in south division 2 when Mandurah City host Baldivis and Rockingham United are away to Brooklands and in division 3, Rockingham United are also away to Forrestfield United.
The amateur divisions has a full programme. In division1 Peel United are at home to Emerald while Port Kennedy host East Perth. Mandurah City in division 2 are away to Curtin University as Baldivis in division 3 are at home to Canning City. Division 4 side Rockingham City are also away to Cracovia.
The men’s metropolitan leagues also has a full programme. Rockingham United of south division 1 are away to Armadale and Baldivis are away to Victoria Park. we have some local action in division 2 as Murray District Rangers are at home to Victoria Park while Mandurah City are away to Queens Park and Port Kennedy are also away to Beeliar Spirit. Peel United in division 3 are at home to MUM FC and Warnbro Strikers are also at home to Victoria Park. Baldivis are away to Armadale. Division 4 sees Baldivis travel to Kalamunda United.
The masters have some good games to watch. Rockingham United from south division 1 are at home to UWA Nedlands while Port Kennedy are away to Sporting Warriors. Division 2 sees Mandurah City host Gosnells City.
Finally, the over 45’s competition has Port Kennedy at home to Lynwood United while Rockingham United travel to Forrestfield. Baldivis in the B division are also in action, away to MUM FC
