Mandurah Nearly There

Mandurah City’s metro team are closing in the south division 2 league tittle with a fine 3-0 win away at 4th placed Leeming Strikers.

With only a few games to, Mandurah are currently 12 points clear of second placed Beeliar Spirit.

In the other games in south division 2, Murray District Rangers remain at the foot of the table, going down 4-0 at home to Curtin University while Port Kennedy and Sutherlands Park played out a 3-3 draw.

In the south division 1, 2nd placed Baldivis beat 3rd placed Fremantle City 2-0 to be 7 points clear in second spot, but still 12 points behind Victoria Park

Baldivis’ south division 3 side were not so lucky as they lost 5-3 to Sporting Warriors. This result meant the victors jumped above Baldivis into 2nd spot, while, at the time of writing, Baldivis are third as the result of the Warnbro Strikers v Peel United is not yet known. In the south division 4, Baldivis and Fremantle City shared 9 goals, with Baldivis winning 7-2.
