Congratulations Port Kennedy Soccer Club.. They made it! They are home!
Club President Radmila Popovic had the honour of attending the official opening of Koorana Reserve Sports Pavilion at the clubs home grounds.
She was joined by Mr Jon Martin (Club Secretary) and Mr Derek Gross, (Former VP and current committee member) along with 6 Junior players from our Club.
Radmilla said “I would personally like to thank so many people who have been so incredibly supportive and dedicated throughout this journey including our incredible sponsors, our Coaches, our Committee and of course our amazing members!”
She added “A special thanks goes out to our Federal, State and Local Governments, Shelford Construction, Rockingham Redbacks Hockey Club and Football West. It’s incredible what can be achieved when like minded individuals come together and our home grounds are certainly a testament to this.”
The club has its offical opening weekend this coming Sunday 10th July, 2022.
Thy invite anyone to come down and take a look at the new facility as well as support the Senior teams who are all playing at home with games kicking off from 11am.
