Aiden McCluckie was the hero for Mandurah City on Sunday, as his goal in extra time was the only one of the game against Westnam United and allowed the Dolphins to secure their place in the last 8 of the Amateur cup. Unfortunately for the Dolphins, their reserve side went down 4-2 against Kwinana United.

In the Metro cup, Peel United of south Division 2 made it through to the last 8 with a win against south Division 3 side Belmont Villa by 3 goals to 1. The result between Riverside and Baldivis has not yet been announced.

It was a mixed day for Port Kennedy’s women’s teams as the South Division 1side beat Wanneroo City 5-1 but the South Division 2 went down 6-2 at Fremantle City.

Finally, in the masters cup, Port Kennedy won 6-2 away at Aubin Grove but Baldivis lost 4-1 at Mindarie.
